The above video is ADORABLE!!!! Especially if you are a bullie fan like me. Howie liked it so much he included it on his Myspace Page.
Ok.....not only is tonight's episode of LOST a rerun, it is a Season 1 rerun. I really wonder if the producers of the show think that its fan base is going to remain in tact while they continue to pull this shit. Listen up guys...your Season 2 episodes are pretty lame, so making us wait longer for them only adds to the frustration and disappointment.
I downloaded the pilot of Commander in Chief a couple weeks ago when Apple and ABC made the show available via iTunes. I watched it for the first time today and I immediately bought the remaining 8 episodes. Needless to say, I am over half-way through the first season.
I have to admit, I was skeptical at first. Between shows like the West Wing and the existence of Hillary Clinton, I figured that this show was going to be another left wing propaganda stunt. Was I wrong. The writers of Commander in Chief and Geena Davis have done a wonderful job at creating a fair, balanced, and strong first female President. I also enjoy the parts played by Harry Lennix (as Jim Gardner: White House Chief of Staff), Kyle Secor (as Rod Calloway: The First Gentleman), and Donald Sutherland (as Nathan Temleton: Speaker of the House (R)).
I strongly recommend this show.
Yesterday, I subscribed to ABC's official podcast for their series LOST via Apple's iTUNES. The broadcast is hosted by the shows writers, Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse. The programs format is between 17-20 minutes (my ideal length for any Podcast-good job guys) and contains interviews with actors from LOST and QA with Lindelof and Cuse.
In the latest podcast installment, Matthew Fox (Dr. Jack Shephard), Evangeline Lilly (Kate....yum), and Terry O'Quinn (John Locke) about their favorite moments of Season 1. Lindelof and Cuse chat about last week's Season 2 episode "Abandoned (a.k.a. The Hunt) and about this weeks episode "The other 48 days", which is going to set up what happened to the "Talies" right after the crash.
I think its great that ABC is affording the LOST fan base an on-going dialog with the shows producers, actors, and writers via this new media channel. There is no doubt that it helps strengthen my interest in the show and fuels my desire to get more people hooked.

Sooooo, its been a week since my last post. Where the hell have I been???? I know this is the question I pose to myself as probably the only real visitor to this site. I must confess that I have been utterly obsessed with ABC's TV series 'Lost'. For that, Apple is to blame. Since I upgraded to my new video iPod over 2 weeks ago, I have been downloading and watching at least 3 episodes a night of the first season. This has seriously eaten in to my journal/blogging time.
I have never fancied myself as a obsessive TV guy.....so this whole experience is rather new to me. This show contains so many interesting characters, plot twists, and web tie-ins that I suspect I will continued to be consumed for some time to come. Hell, at least I will have something new to blog about from time to time.
This weekend I concluded watching the first season of Battlestar Galactica (yes....that's ALL I did yesterday, along with eating a pint of Ben and Jerry's Cookie Dough Ice Cream). I had bought the DVD set last week.
It goes without saying that I really enjoyed the Sci-Fi channel miniseries remake of the classic television series that first aired 25 years ago. By far my favorite character is Commander William Adama (played by Edward James Olmos). Following his character, I enjoyed Lt. Kara Thrace "Starbuck" (now played as a female by Katee Sackhoff) and Number 6 played by Tricia Helfer (YUM). One of the surprises of the series was the introduction of Richard Hatch in the series as the character Tom Zarek. He played Apollo in the original Battlestar series.
I look forward to catching up with the second season airing this year.
