I had my teeth whitened today.  What a masochistic procedure!  From the 1.5 hours of sitting under some type of  lamp device stuck in your mouth to the random spikes of tooth discomfort that I have had all day today, I am not sure I will sign up for that procedure again.  Regardless, I am pleased with the results.
