- Walked to Work (I really need to find out how much distance this really is. I am betting its 1.5 miles)
- 2.5 Mile Run (Burned 325 Cals. 25 Minutes)
- 200 Situps (100 x 60 lbd Torso Resistance | 75 x 70 lbd Torso Resistance | 25 x 80lbd Torso Resistance ). Goal here is to get up to 500 situps a day.
